Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

An HR professional is an essential part of any successful organization, as they play a key role in supporting employees and implementing HR-related policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various administrative and humanitarian situations in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be able to manage recruitment processes, monitor employee performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

 

Responsibilities:

Carry out recruitment and recruitment processes and select suitable candidates.
Coordinating mentoring and training programs for new employees.
Manage and update employee records periodically.
Follow-up job performance evaluation in cooperation with the various departments.
Handle complaints and HR issues in a professional and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Provide support and advice to staff in relation to career matters.
Contribute to the development of strategies to improve the work environment.
Prepare periodic reports on human resources.
Participate in the development of employee incentive and reward programs.
Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication skills in Arabic (oral and written).
Previous experience in the field of human resources or personnel management.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and effective time management ability.
Good knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
Proficiency in the use of human resource management software (HRMS).
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.
Moving towards supporting employees and achieving their satisfaction.
Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.
Strategic thinking and the ability to solve problems in an effective way.
Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and related software.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Teamwork skills and interdepartmental collaboration.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
