Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hydraulic components and systems, focusing on key market segments.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, proactively pursuing opportunities within the hydraulic industry, including construction, manufacturing, and mobile equipment.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of hydraulic solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, customizing solutions to meet specific customer requirements and applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic sales or a related field, showcasing practical industry knowledge.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in the hydraulic components sector.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and applications, with hands-on experience preferred.
