Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies is hiring an ICT Sales Account Manager to drive growth in enterprise technology solutions across Dubai. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client accounts, and promoting a portfolio of ICT products and services including hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. This position requires a proven track record in ICT sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage long-term client relationships while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales revenue targets through acquisition of new enterprise clients and expansion of existing accounts
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
* Promote and sell ICT solutions across hardware, cloud, software, telecom, and security services
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase profitability and account value
* Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to meet quarterly and annual objectives
* Negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements in line with company standards
* Collaborate with technical, marketing, and finance teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
* Stay updated with ICT industry trends and innovations to support customer needs and competitive positioning
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline
* Minimum of 10 years experience in ICT sales, account management, or enterprise technology solutions
* Proven record of closing deals and achieving targets in the ICT industry
* Knowledge of enterprise ICT systems including cloud, cybersecurity, ELV, and telecom solutions
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to influence decision-making at senior client levels
* Arabic language skills are an advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other sales management tools
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
