Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

rovide consultation to clients regarding immigration and visa services. Guide clients through visa requirements and documentation processes. Manage client records and interactions using CRM (Bitrix24). Handle client queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service. Close deals and achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and deal-closing skills. Knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Bitrix24. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Freshers with strong learning ability will also be considered.
