Manage and monitor of his subordinates and staff

Facilitating in coordination with AWD Production and Workshop staff, the maximum cooperation during the implementation of scheduled maintenance tasks, to ensure minimum disturbance, delay and loss of production.

Training and mentoring of staff from time to time on technical aspects, especially dealing with different and difficult circumstances and during on call maintenance emergencies.

Recommending staff for training schemes to enhance their overall work skills and management capabilities and reporting on and recommending staff for promotions and awards in recognition of their efforts and service, but also recommending them for penalization, reprimand, demotion and even dismissal if their conduct and performance is unsatisfactory.

Analysing and formulating all work requirements for the installation and maintenance of machines at AWD factory.

Assigning staff to attend and perform maintenance duties and tasks at AWD premises in the most immediate and timely fashion and to attend to and deal with ‘on call’ emergencies at AWD premises in the most immediate and timely fashion.

• B.S Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering - • B.S Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Should have at least 4 years of hands on experience of having worked progressively in maintenance roles in similar organizations

6 years of experience in wood manufacturing is a plus

Experience of working in GCC countries is an added advantage
