Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising or consultative sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently, in order to communicate with internal and external customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with a cross-functional understanding of digital marketing, media businesses, and operations, including working with media agencies.
  • Experience in sales or platform management.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive growth.
  • Ability to build relationships effectively with C-level executives, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.

As an Industry Manager for the Middle East and North Africa Large Customer Sales (MENA LCS) Technology team, youll proactively drive business, increase our client base, and promote impeccably for Google. In this role, youll work with clients to provide digital solutions for business and marketing objectives via a variety of Google products and tools. Were committed to creating new business opportunities. Youll have an understanding of the AdTech and Digital Products and Services sectors and a broad network of contacts. Youll also have experience with the mediamedia and dealing with agencies. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of leading relationships with key clients and cross-team initiatives and projects at Google.Googles Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the worlds leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Googles full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, youll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, build and manage relationships with C-level customer contacts and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a joint strategy between Google and partners, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive customer success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions that will help customers to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an idea of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
