Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance sales representatives. Duties include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and coaching sales representatives, and tracking and managing sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Train and coach sales representatives
- Track and manage sales performance
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
