Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents, issues and its clearance.
Keep a record for each NOC and its progress.
Identify the Client requirements pertaining to NOC/ Interface and Prepare documents,
and its resubmission as required.
Make mails / calls to third party agency coordinator to understand their actual
requirements and response
Keeping NOC Register and its updating
Preparing NOC documents, drawings, calculation using project team and consultant as
required.
Speaking skills in English & Arabic
Experience in uploading NOC portals of different entities.
Coordinating with other contractor for interface issues
Coordinating with Engineering team to update the changes in the engineering
documents/ drawings
Arranging meeting with NOC team, third party entities, Clients etc.
Preparing agenda and minutes of all NOC and Interface meetings.
Basic knowledge about google earth, Arch GIS
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced knowledge.
Minimum 15 years of experience in interface management or a related technical role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Interface Manager (CIM) or similar qualifications that validate expertise in the field.
Experience in industries like healthcare, finance, or telecommunications, where interface complexity is significant.
