Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas of non-compliance with ISO standards, providing a clear roadmap for improvement.
  • Develop and implement ISO-compliant management systems, tailoring them to the specific needs and context of the organization.
  • Lead and facilitate internal audits, ensuring they are thorough, objective, and provide actionable insights for corrective actions.
  • Provide expert training and coaching to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in relevant principles.
  • Holds a Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards, demonstrating expertise in auditing methodologies.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field, showcasing practical experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems.
  • Demonstrates experience working in diverse industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, or IT, enabling a broad understanding of various business contexts.
