Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company s ERP system (Business Central); End-to-end ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Lead ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and customizations.
Analyze business processes and collaborate with departments to optimize workflows within the ERP system. Manage integrations with other systems (e.g. CRM, BI tools, etc.
Proactively identify process improvements and automations opportunities.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and cybersecurity measures.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT/ERP team to ensure high performance.
Plan and manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
Serve as the main liaison between IT/ERP vendors and internal teams.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP and IT systems.
Develop and implement strategic IT plans to support business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Master s degree or MBA in IT/Business is a plus.
1-5 Proven experience in IT management or ERP systems administration.
Strong understanding of databases, reporting tools, and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of business processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and cybersecurity standards.
ERP-related certifications are an advantage
