IT Manager Client of Ignite Search and Selection

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee all technology operations within our interior design and fit-out organization. The role involves managing hardware, software, networking, and digital tools essential for design, project management, and site coordination. The candidate will ensure seamless system performance, data security, and technology-driven efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to design, estimation, procurement, and site teams.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery systems are in place.
• Manage licenses, user access, and updates for all IT tools and systems.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to enhance workflow through digital tools.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across office and site locations.
• Lead implementation of ERP, CRM, and project management systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement for hardware, software, and services.
• Train staff on IT best practices and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
