Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Create and maintain a strategic sales roadmap for IT services and consultancy offerings
Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning in the GCC and European IT services sector

Xperto AI is a dynamic AI services and consultancy firm based in the UAE with a head office in the UK, seeking an experienced sales professional to drive our growth strategy and build a robust sales infrastructure from the ground up.
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focusing on new business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry verticals
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Develop relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
Conduct needs assessments and solution presentations for complex IT services
Sales Infrastructure Development
Design and implement end-to-end sales processes and methodologies
Establish CRM systems and sales tracking mechanisms
Create sales documentation, including proposal templates, case studies, and collateral
Develop sales forecasting models and reporting frameworks
Build and optimise the sales tech stack for maximum efficiency
Business Development
Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliance relationships
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Develop account management strategies for existing clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current client base
Team Building & Leadership (as the role evolves)
Prepare for future team expansion by documenting processes and best practices
Develop training materials and onboarding procedures for future sales team members
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for sales operations
As the first in the sales team, there is huge potential for growth for the right candidate
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
3-5 years of proven experience in IT services and consultancy sales
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT sector
Experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients
Proven ability to build sales operations from scratch or in early-stage environments
Experience working in the UAE market with an understanding of local business culture
Ability to extend sales activity to a global scale
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation concepts
Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, systems integration, and IT consultancy methodologies
Knowledge of current technology trends, including AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and data analytics
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
Understanding of IT project lifecycles and service delivery models
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and sales analytics tools
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Understanding of various industry verticals (banking, retail, government, healthcare, etc.)
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the GCC
Awareness of regional competition and market dynamics
