Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation, and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.
Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
Enforce IT security policies and manage user access.
Maintain documentation of IT assets and configurations.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in operating systems, network management, and cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
