Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and general IT systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, network configurations, and VPN troubleshooting.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English (technical terms and documentation) is a MUST.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, security protocols, and helpdesk systems is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. br>
- 1u20133 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role. br>
