Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, tailoring setups to meet specific user requirements.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, maintaining seamless communication across the organization.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches, proactively mitigating vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, showcasing hands-on experience in problem-solving.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is advantageous to understand the dynamics of business IT needs.
