Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, servers)
Provide technical support to staff (onsite & remote)
Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Set up and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
Document IT processes and maintain inventory records
Assist in IT projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments)

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Hardware: Expertise in PC/Mac repair, server maintenance, peripherals
Software: Windows OS, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic firewall configuration
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Security: Antivirus, malware removal, data backup solutions
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service
