Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Draft and post job advertisements.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Send applications to candidates and prepare score cards.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support the onboarding is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Committed and positive
- Strong experience with MS Office (word - excel )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- B achelor's Degree
