The Key Account Manager for the Middle East region is a strategic role responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, securing renewals, and driving new business within a specified territory. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts in the Middle East.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to ensure future growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance data to drive effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic account plans to expand client base and increase revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to address any issues and concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery metrics.
  • Educate clients about product features and benefits, enhancing product knowledge.
  • Uphold company values and ethics while fostering a positive company image.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Middle East market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while providing strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of market trends and cultural nuances within the Middle East region.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory to meet with clients.
