Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager for the Pharmacy Channel to oversee and manage key accounts in the pharmaceutical retail sector. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand Nutripharm’s presence in the pharmacy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, and retail chains.
Manage a portfolio of high-priority clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth in the pharmacy channel.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nutripharm’s products. - Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmacy channel to expand the customer base.
Negotiate and close new deals with key accounts, ensuring optimal terms for both Nutripharm and the client. - Relationship Building:
Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers within pharmacy businesses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Training & Support:
Provide training and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively promote Nutripharm’s products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. - Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on key account management or the pharmacy channel.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts. - Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth in the pharmacy channel.
- Expansion of key accounts and new business opportunities.
- Customer retention and satisfaction rates.
- Timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasting
