Roles & Responsibilities
The Key Account Sales Executive plays an essential role in cultivating successful long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring that their needs are met while expanding the company s market share and reaching sales targets. The position requires a dynamic professional who is adept at driving growth by understanding customer needs and offering the best possible solutions. A successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. This role involves not only maintaining and developing relationships with key customers but also identifying new business opportunities to drive profitable growth. The Key Account Sales Executive will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that client expectations are fulfilled and exceeded, further enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities

- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to provide account insights to management.
- Host product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client requirements.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain a positive customer relationship.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably with key accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software proficiency.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to develop relationships and establish trust with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive actionable results.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
