Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts including modern trade retailers, supermarket chains, and institutional clients
- Develop account-wise sales plans to achieve volume, value, and margin targets
- Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and annual trade agreements in line with company strategy
- Ensure optimal product availability, shelf presence, and compliance with planograms
- Track sales performance, promotional effectiveness and stock levels
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within key accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and decision-makers
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit terms
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in key account management within FMCG / Frozen Foods / Food Manufacturing
- Experience handling modern trade.
- UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
