The Kitchen Crew is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing food items according to brand standards, and ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene across all kitchen sections. The role requires efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in cooking menu items according to standardized recipes
• Support different kitchen sections (hot, cold, prep, or pastry as needed)
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations strictly
• Assist in stock control, proper storage, and minimizing wastage
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Support senior chefs and supervisors when required
• Participate in training and development sessions
