Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Kyriba Functional Consultant to join our Treasury Technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring Kyriba TMS modules and driving end-to-end treasury automation initiatives across payments, cash visibility, reconciliation, forecasting, and banking integrations.

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, banks, and IT teams to deliver high-quality Kyriba solutions that improve cash visibility, enhance controls, and streamline treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure Kyriba modules including:
• Payments, Core Banking, Cash Management, Cash Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Bank Account Management, Netting, IHB, MT940/MT942
• Lead requirement gathering, functional design, solution documentation, and process mapping.
• Manage bank connectivity setups via SWIFT, H2H, SFTP, ISO20022 and support real-time payment integrations.
• Drive Kyriba enhancements, version upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.
• Support STP processes, payment workflows, multi-level approval structures, and fraud control rules.
• Work with business teams on FX, loan/debt, and investment workflows within Kyriba.
• Coordinate with ERP teams for GL postings, ERP/TMS integrations, and automated reconciliation.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for users across treasury and finance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and security policies.
• Evaluate treasury process improvements and recommend Kyriba-driven automation opportunities.

Required Skills (Must Have):

• 3+ years of hands-on Kyriba implementation experience
• Strong experience in Kyriba functional configuration & solution design

• Expertise in:
• 1) Payments & Payment Factory
• 2) Cash Management & Forecasting
• 3) Bank Reconciliation
• 4) Bank Account Management
• 5) MT940/MT942, camt.053/054
• Knowledge of SWIFT, H2H, SFTP, ISO20022 formats
• Strong understanding of FX, loans, debt, investments, and intercompany processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with banks, IT teams, and multi-country stakeholders

Good to Have :

• Experience with Fraud Module, dashboards, and analytics in Kyriba
• Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics)
• Understanding of user access controls, security roles, and audit frameworks
• Prior consulting or client-facing project experience
