Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Life Coach / Mindset Trainer to help individuals and teams unlock peak performance, build confidence, and develop high-performance habits. This role combines coaching, emotional intelligence, motivation, and personal development with modern AI-driven learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions

  • Develop mindset training programs focused on growth, productivity, confidence, and resilience

  • Help team members improve focus, communication, discipline, and emotional intelligence

  • Create workshops, webinars, and motivational training content

  • Support leadership and sales teams with performance coaching

  • Monitor progress and provide actionable improvement plans

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate coaching into company culture
    Stay updated on modern coaching methodologies and behavioral psychology trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience in life coaching, mindset training, psychology, or personal development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals from diverse backgrounds

  • Experience conducting online coaching sessions and workshops

  • Self-driven, energetic, and growth-oriented personality

  • Familiarity with startup culture and fast-paced environments is a plus

  • Certifications in coaching, NLP, psychology, or related fields are preferred
