Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main duties will focus on, but are not limited to:

  • Build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Area.
  • Drive Area sales performance, market share, and optimal resource utilization.
  • Build effective and enduring business relationships with key Area customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical Field Force Representatives.
  • Apply Country strategies to develop and implement Area business plans.
  • Inspire Field Force Representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimize effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
  • Work effectively with Key Accounts, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and colleagues across other functions/lines to achieve business results.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and customers.
  • Communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders and support the development of new business strategies.
  • Identify top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned Area.
