Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
- Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maintenance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar, demonstrating professional expertise.
- Demonstrates at least 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance engineering or management, showcasing practical industry knowledge.
- Experience in the manufacturing or processing industry is preferred, indicating familiarity with relevant equipment and processes.
