Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Blue Yonder s product offerings to provide expert consultation to clients.
Technical Environment:
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing client information and sales activities.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies used in Blue Yonder s product suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of developing, managing and growing major accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
