Management Associate Codebase Technologies

Management Associate:

- The mission of the Management Associate Program is to grow talent by providing the hired Fresh Graduates with needed developmental opportunities across various business units in the Fintech Industry.

- The program runs over the course of 12 months with each associate being assigned primarily to a core function and secondary exposure gained to alternative functions throughout the period.

- This Program is designed to assist the fresh graduates in becoming confident and productive employees with excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, professionalism and other skills important to the transition to the world of work

- It will be accomplished by: Coaching, Assigning variety of assignments, Shadowing and rotation, Exposure and visibility & Group Cohort learning sessions.

- Upon finishing the 12 months program successfully, the employee will be given a new designation based on the performance review during the whole period.
