Roles & Responsibilities
Main Job Responsibilities:-
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industry sectors for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through various channels.
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to identify growth areas.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and generate leads.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Uphold the company's values, brand image, and reputation in all interactions and engagements.
Education:-
