Manager - Commercial Governance Adecco Holding Emirates B.V. (Dubai Branch)

Regulate & control the quality Compliance standards & procedures among commercial partners and stakeholder's. Perform Compliance function to meet business requirements. Facilitate the management of the commercial policies, procedures, Systems and audit functions for the Commercial Group and ensure full compliance to any regulations at both DXB and DWC Ensure that commercial quality Compliance program is aligned with local legislation , established regulation and required performance standards.

• Review and ensure that processes, policies, procedures and operating manuals are aligned with internal regulations and standards.

• Manage compliance across all commercial activities to ensure standards are at the highest possible level.

• Support Line Manager in managing internal and external audit requests, gather data and information from relevant stakeholders and formalize responses to audit reports.

• Responsible for establishing relationships with customers to better understand the requirements and their industry dynamics/ KPIs.

  • Manage corrective actions for all audit and quality reports and maintain accurate records of all relevant communications.

    • Compile statistical data including benchmarking against key clients & best practices.

    • Write narrative reports summarizing quality Compliance findings.
