We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relations Manager to join our team. Your role will be to assist customers in selecting the right vehicles, managing rental bookings, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on car rental options (in-person, online, by phone, and via messaging apps).
• Handling bookings and managing orders in the CRM system.
• Overseeing vehicle pick-up and return, verifying documents.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Resolving disputes and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Coordinating with drivers and technical staff.
• Promoting and upselling additional services.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales (experience in car rental, hospitality, tourism, or luxury retail is a plus).
2. Proficiency in English (B2+), Arabic, Russian is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills, politeness, and the ability to handle stress.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
5. Professional appearance and articulate speech.
6. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.
7. Knowledge of Dubai and the car rental market is an advantage.
