Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and driven Brokerage Team Lead to spearhead our real estate brokerage operations in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales performance while actively managing a team of brokers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of 15–20 real estate brokers to achieve sales targets

  • Drive revenue growth through active participation in deal sourcing, negotiation, and closing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key market stakeholders

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both off-plan and secondary market properties

  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure high productivity levels

  • Generate leads independently while optimizing company-provided leads

  • Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and maintain pipeline discipline

  • Establish processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Preferred nationality: Indian / Arabic origin

  • 8–10 years of experience in real estate brokerage (Dubai market preferred)

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 15–20 brokers

  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value real estate transactions

  • Strong network within Dubai’s real estate ecosystem (brokers, developers, investor).

  • CRM & Process Orientation: Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ownership-driven with the ability to build and grow a business vertical

  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage
