Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events). 
- Support the creation of promotional materials, social media posts, and website content. 
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive positioning. 
- Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing collateral development. 
- Manage and update company’s social media channels and track engagement metrics. 
- Help organize marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and client outreach programs. 
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports. - Business Development: 
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and partnerships. 
- Assist in client acquisition by reaching out to potential customers and scheduling meetings. 
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. 
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
- Support in drafting business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. 
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects. 
- Maintain CRM records and regularly update client databases. 
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is a plus. 
- Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, sales, or business development (internships or project experience acceptable). 
- Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of marketing principles and business development processes. 
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. 
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. 
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
