Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Orchestrate marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and improved conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data and CRM insights to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain CRM workflows and segmentation strategies to personalize customer experiences and enhance engagement.
  • Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, implement best practices, and support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of marketing automation processes, including campaign flows, segmentation rules, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets for maximum impact.
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on marketing automation and CRM tools and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Holds certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Certification), validating expertise.
  • Demonstrates expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics , ensuring effective management of customer relationships.
  • Exhibits proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices, allowing for the creation of engaging campaigns.
  • Possesses a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving marketing performance and achieving goals.
