An exciting, fast-growing restaurant group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, visibility, and performance of its dynamic portfolio of dining brands.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, understands the Dubai dining & lifestyle market, and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive footfall, engagement, and revenue.

Package

  • AED 10,000 12,000 per month (experience dependent)
  • Visa & Medical Insurance
  • 2 Days Off per week
  • 30 Days Paid Annual Leave
  • Public Holidays

Desired Candidate Profile

Who We re Looking For
Currently based in the UAE
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or restaurant brands in the UAE
Strong expertise across digital marketing, social media management, influencer collaborations, content creation, and campaign execution
Hands-on experience managing brand launches, promotions, activations, and events
Confident using data to track performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Highly creative with a commercially driven, results-focused mindset
