Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain patient records with meticulous accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Coordinate appointments, procedures, and specialist referrals, streamlining patient care pathways for optimal efficiency.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide empathetic support, addressing concerns and fostering a positive healthcare experience.
  • Prepare and process insurance claims, meticulously verifying information to minimize denials and maximize reimbursements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, demonstrating proficiency in clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
