Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct impactful product presentations to critical care specialists, intensivists, and hospital pharmacy staff, showcasing the unique benefits of our products in life-saving scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in critical and intensive care, influencing product adoption and advocacy within the medical community.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for critical care products by strategically planning and executing sales activities within assigned territories.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to increase market share in the critical care segment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related life sciences field, providing a strong foundation in medical knowledge.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically within the critical care or intensive care unit (ICU) market.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of critical care products and the medical devices landscape, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and patient monitoring systems.
