Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities including site feedback, workers assessment, recruitment activities, training center activities.
Ensure recruitment of right candidates as per knowledge in drawings, standards, and work specifications.
Educate the candidates on work progress, quality control and safety standards.
Assess technical capabilities of workers and guide & train them accordingly.
Conduct and coordinate technical training sessions for workers to improve skill levels.
Assist the company in recruitment and technical evaluation of skilled personnel such as:
Pipe & Structural Fabricators
Pipe & Structural Fitters
Riggers
Industrial Electricians
Plumbers & Scaffolders
Be part of the recruitment team and travel as required for trade tests and candidate assessments.
Coordinate with project managers and clients for smooth site operations.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting on site activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and fabrication works.
Proven supervisory experience in oil & gas, industrial or construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometric drawings.
Strong leadership, training and team management skills.
Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
Professional knowledge of English.
Willingness to travel for recruitment and project requirements.
