Roles & Responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience with Microwave transmission systems (Nera and/or Ceragon). Solid knowledge of MW link planning, design, and implementation. Experience in installation, commissioning, and integration of MW links. Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals (L2/L3, routing, VLANs). Experience in alignment, commissioning, and acceptance testing of MW links. Ability to perform path analysis and LOS (Line of Sight) verification. Strong troubleshooting skills for MW link degradation, interference, and outage issues. Experience with network management systems (NMS) for MW equipment. Knowledge of capacity upgrade and software upgrade procedures. Familiarity with link budget calculations and performance KPIs (availability, latency, throughput). Ability to work in live network environments with minimal supervision.
