Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of mid-sized restaurant partners.

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with restaurant owners and managers through consistent communication and on-the-ground visits, ensuring operational excellence and long-term growth.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, growth levers, and operational inefficiencies, translating insights into clear action plans.

Lead partner performance reviews and implement initiatives that drive higher order volume, basket size, and customer satisfaction.

Support commercial discussions such as renewals, pricing adjustments, and limited exclusivity agreements, collaborating with senior Account Managers when needed.

Onboard new sites of your existing portfolio, promote Deliveroo s new products and features, and ensure partners get the most value from the platform

Desired Candidate Profile

2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Operations, ideally within F&B, FMCG, or a technology-led business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Excellent organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple accounts and priorities at once.

Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.

Solid working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; Looker experience is a plus
