Roles & Responsibilities
Our Emiratisation team focuses on the strategy for recruiting, developing, and retaining talented UAE nationals. The team plays a key role in fostering a diverse and skilled workforce, supporting the Group and the UAE's long-term growth and national workforce goals.
As a National Planning Specialist within the Emiratisation Team, your role will be to support the design, execution, and monitoring of Emiratisation programs across the Emirates Group by contributing to policy evaluation, and programme coordination. The role involves maintaining planning tools, executing targeted projects, and collaborating with various HR teams and CoEs, business units, and Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand (CCMB) to enhance the UAE National (UAEN) workforce experience, drive awareness, and improve outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
In this role, you will:
- Execute and implement the Emiratisation framework by coordinating planning activities, tracking progress, and supporting alignment with national and organisational goals.
- Provide operational support for UAEN programmes and studies, ensuring timely delivery, resource coordination, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and update planning frameworks and data sources to support accurate workforce forecasting and visibility of UAEN talent pipelines.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of UAEN-related HR policies and processes, supporting documentation and compliance efforts.
- Work closely with HRBP, Recruitment, Learning & Talent and other CoEs to gather data, support planning efforts to enhance the UAEN employee experience.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing data-driven reports that evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of Emiratisation initiatives in collaboration with the Insights Team.
- Execute the social media campaigns and content that promote the Rehlaty programme and UAEN engagement in collaboration with CCMB and the Planning Manager.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of planning workflows, including Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements, to support governance, knowledge management, and the continuous enhancement of planning and execution practices.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, strategy, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR programs, Emiratization, project coordination, or workforce planning.
You will have an edge if you have:
- Strong understanding of UAE labour market dynamics, Emiratisation policies, and nationalisation goals.
- Familiarity in data analysis and dashboard management
- Basic knowledge of branding and digital communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- Project Management skills or qualifications.
