Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop succession plans
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives
- Facilitate team-building and leadership development programs
- Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the results
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OD to continuously improve processes and programs
- Manage and develop a team of OD professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OD or HR roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
