Role - Senior Manager/Manager - Organization Development and Talent Management
Type - Outsourced
Contract - 6 Months
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Purpose
The job holder drives organizational development strategy, leads change management initiatives, and implements talent management programs to foster a high-performance culture. The role also focuses on improving organizational effectiveness through leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Professional certifications such as OD Certified Professional, Talent Management Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD (Learning & Development) – preferred
Minimum Experience (number of years):
Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development/ change management with at least 5 years in a leadership role in UAE within a multicultural environment.
Job Specific Skills:
Strong knowledge of talent management practices including workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
Solid understanding of organizational development and change management
Experience using nine-box matrix for succession planning
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to measure program success and drive improvements
Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate presentations or workshops
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
