Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing and aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments to ensure they are measurable and support strategic goals.
Supervise the annual appraisal implementation and help develop methods to measure performance against organizational goals.
Create and update job descriptions, job designs, and the organization's structure.
Create plans to attract top talent across the managerial level of the organization.
Oversee the recruitment steps, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating onboarding.
Design and implement effective recruiting, interviewing, and hiring procedures to ensure a strong candidate experience.
Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to optimize processes.
Conduct exit interviews to assess areas for improvement and job satisfaction.
- Bachelor s degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- 5-7 years in OD & Talent experience in distribution, logistics & manufacturing.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft (MS Word, PPT, Excel, Visio).
