Roles & Responsibilities

  • • Maintain cleanliness of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and work areas. • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. • Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents. • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. • Monitor and manage pantry and office supplies, reporting when replenishment is needed. • Run small errands or deliveries within or outside the office when required. • Support administrative staff with basic tasks and coordination.
