Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documents and records • Draft letters, memos, and official communications. • Provide administrative support to management • Handle day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks • Manage office supplies and maintain proper office organization • Liaise with clients and contractors, and authorities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role • Arabic speaking preferred, English required • Proficient in MS Office • Good communication and organizational skills
