Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketplace Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute all marketplace (especially Amazon and Noon) & Social adv sales growth strategy.
Set revenue, margin, and market share targets.
Identify new product opportunities and expansion categories.
Lead marketplace launches for new SKUs and brands.
Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Optimize conversion rates, product rankings, and visibility.
Manage and improve Buy Box performance (eg: on Amazon).
Drive revenue growth while protecting margins.
Advertising & Promotions
Plan and manage advertising budgets across Amazon Ads and Noon Ads.
Optimize campaigns for ROAS and sales growth.
Coordinate major campaigns, deals, and seasonal promotions.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams.
Maintain high stock availability across marketplaces.
Prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
Oversee FBA, local fulfillment, and hybrid models.
Pricing & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies.
Maintain profitability targets.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and mentor marketplace executives or coordinators or data entry.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams.
Improve internal processes for marketplace operations.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide actionable insights to senior management.
Track key operational and financial KPIs.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and refine sales tactics for optimal performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Possesses relevant certifications in E-commerce management and demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience managing in online/marketplace sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the e-commerce sector.
Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon accounts.
Demonstrates an understanding of the e-commerce industry with experience in a specific industry, such as distribution, retail, or FMCG companies.
Hands-on experience with Amazon & Noon Ads and marketplace promotions.
