Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not limited to):
-
Follow up with onshore departments on remaining vacation balances. Analyze the data and identify and ensure alignment with the leave procedures.
-
Review and Authorize absence leaves.
-
Follow up and report the Saudization percentage within the Onshore Department.
-
Follow up on annual appraisals within the Onshore departments and ensure completion.
-
Follow up and review succession planning and identify high-potential candidates, ensure completion of the report.
-
Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
-
Work with compensation team on requests from managers to evaluate new jobs, departmental job / career structure, promotions, transfers.
-
Responsible for communicating with the assigned department director for any matter related to employee promotion, salary, revision etc.

Administer & implementing all onshore benefits.

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Administer ADP records by enrolling/disenrolling employees.
- Promotions reviews.
- Reorganization.
- Investigation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or other related majors to the same field.

Desired to have Professional Certificate in HR Management.
Skills:

Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

Strong knowledge of government regulations related to Human Resources issues
