Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Fire Protection systems or MEP projects to oversee daily operations, project execution, and team management across UAE sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Roles:
Oversee end-to-end operations of Fire Protection or MEP projects across multiple sites
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources
Ensure compliance with UAE civil defense, local authority regulations, and safety standards
Supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and technicians
Monitor project costs, budgets, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in Fire Protection or MEP operations in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority approvals
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid UAE driving license preferred
