Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations and logistics for events and fireworks projects.
  • Lead and supervise technical, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners to align on project goals.
  • Oversee setups, rehearsals, and live event operations.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or project management, preferably in events, exhibitions, or large-scale outdoor projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel across GCC countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
  • Prior work experience in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
